There are a number of ways to volunteer for the Milo Foundation Sanctuary: volunteer workcamps, internships, program for vet and vet tech professionals and students, school/youth programs, and virtual volunteering.

One goal of Milo's public education efforts is to work with youth to both overcome stigmas of deep-rooted mistreatment and fear of animals as well as to instill the seeds of possibility of a new paradigm of appreciation of the our four-legged friends. If you are a teacher or educator that would like to bring a group of students/youth to the sanctuary for a visit, please contact us for more information. Milo can accommodate groups for day visits as well as overnight visits.
